Diane Sage

Iyengar Yoga Tutor

Diane completed teacher training with Ruth White (taught by BKS Iyengar) in 2002. She also taught for Ruth on some of her residential retreats and Ruth introduced Diane to the Ishaya monks and initiated into meditation with them.

Diane also holds a teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and is a BWY Foundation Course Tutor.

She continues to explore many different aspects of yoga as part of her ongoing training.
